The Speaker Path
Turn your knowledge, story, and lived experiences into impactful presentations, keynote opportunities, workshops, and thought leadership.
Master Coaching Accelerator
Your Experience Is Your Foundation. Your Next Chapter Is Your Legacy.
Master Coaching Accelerator (MCA) was created for executives, C-suite leaders, entrepreneurs, and accomplished professionals who are ready to accelerate their careers, reinvent themselves, or design the next chapter of their lives.
Founded by retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, entrepreneur, and executive coach Luke V. Medvegy, MCA combines decades of military and corporate leadership experience with entrepreneurship, strategic coaching, emerging technology, and the power of a collaborative executive network.
We believe your greatest achievements may still be ahead of you.
A room where titles are secondary
MCA brings accomplished leaders into a room where titles are secondary, egos are checked at the door, and shared experiences become catalysts for transformation. Participants learn from one another, challenge assumptions, confront limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome, and discover how to translate their knowledge, expertise, and personal stories into powerful new opportunities.
Inspired by the Veteran Coaching Network, we know there is a world of executives to upskill, mentor, and help navigate turbulence.
